Cookie Policy
This page explains which technologies TourBookGo uses, why we use them and how you can accept, reject or change your choice.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on a visitor's device. TourBookGo may also use local or session storage, pixels and similar identifiers. Necessary technologies provide requested features; optional technologies are activated only with consent.
2. How we use them
On a first visit, TourBookGo blocks private analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and external GetYourGuide widgets. Only the optional categories you accept are loaded.
Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to guides, cities or activities. Some external widgets may remain unavailable, while TourBookGo's main content and standard links continue to work.
3. Categories
Necessary
Remember your privacy choice, protect forms, maintain requested session features and provide the chatbot when you choose to use it. They are not used for advertising.
Analytics
With permission, our private analytics measures visits, approximate source, device, interaction, scrolling and external or affiliate clicks. Microsoft Clarity may also measure aggregated interface usage.
Marketing and affiliates
With permission, Meta Pixel measures campaigns and external GetYourGuide widgets display activities. Following a normal affiliate link opens the selected provider's website.

6. Manage or withdraw consent
Use the “Privacy and cookies” button shown at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw a category, TourBookGo removes the known optional cookies it can control and reloads the page to stop those tools.
You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some preferences may be lost.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when tools or legal requirements change. Material changes to consented purposes will result in a new consent request.
