TourBookGo is a digital project and trading name operated by AdProTech OÜ.

2. Purpose and scope

TourBookGo publishes destination guides, practical travel information, comparisons, discovery tools and pages about tourist activities. It helps travellers research options and access external providers.

TourBookGo is not a travel agency, tour operator, carrier, accommodation provider or direct supplier of the linked activities unless a page expressly states otherwise.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links are affiliate links. If a visitor follows one and completes a booking or purchase with the provider, AdProTech OÜ may earn a commission at no additional cost to the visitor.

A possible commission does not alter the price shown by the provider or guarantee continued availability. Travellers must check the final terms before booking.

4. Bookings, payments and third parties

TourBookGo does not process activity payments or conclude linked bookings. When following an external link, the visitor leaves TourBookGo and contracts directly with that provider.

Prices, currencies, availability, requirements, insurance, accessibility, cancellation, refunds, taxes and contractual terms are those displayed by the provider when the booking is completed. Contractual issues should first be addressed to that provider.

The TourBookGo brand, design, original text, content organisation, software and proprietary elements belong to AdProTech OÜ or are used with permission. Third-party brands, photographs, widgets and materials belong to their respective owners.

Public links to TourBookGo pages are permitted. Substantial copying, republication, sale, abusive automated extraction, removal of attribution or commercial reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Permitted use

Visitors must use the website lawfully and must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, make abusive automated requests or use forms or the chatbot to submit unlawful material.

We may rate-limit requests, block abusive behaviour or apply security controls to protect the service and its visitors.

AdProTech OÜ remains liable as required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for third-party changes or breaches, decisions based solely on general guidance, interruptions beyond its control or harm caused by use contrary to this notice.
